Scheduling Appointments
We understand that our patients have busy schedules, which is why we offer flexible appointment scheduling. Our team will work with you to find a time that works best for you, whether it's early in the morning, late in the afternoon, or on weekends.
Checking In
When you arrive at our office, our friendly receptionist will greet you and check you in for your appointment. We ask that you arrive a few minutes early so we can update your records and make sure you're ready for your appointment.
Consultation and Treatment
During your appointment, our orthodontist will examine your teeth and discuss your treatment plan with you. We use state-of-the-art technology, such as Digital X-rays and the iTero Element scanner, to create digital impressions of your teeth and design a customized treatment plan that meets your specific needs.
After your initial exam and consultation, our doctors will thoroughly explain your treatment needs, treatment goals, and all appliances needed to get you there. Shortly after that we'll begin your treatment journey with us, which may include placing braces, fitting a retainer, or adjusting your current orthodontic appliances. Our team will explain the process and make sure you're comfortable throughout your appointment.
Follow-Up Appointments
Most orthodontic treatments require regular follow-up appointments to monitor your progress and make adjustments as necessary. These appointments are relatively quick but very technical. Usually less than 30 minutes and scheduled every 4, 8, or 12 weeks. We'll work with you to schedule these appointments at times that are convenient for you.
